Preorders and Expression of Interest Cancellation Policy

General Policy

At Phoenyx Curios, all purchases — including preorders and expressions of interest — are treated as commitments to purchase at the time they are submitted. Expressions of interest do not guarantee stock, but submitting one indicates your intent to buy if allocation is available. Full payment is required upon invoicing for all orders to secure your products and ensure accurate stock allocation.

Cancellation Policy (Applies to All Preorders & EOIs)

Preorders and EOIs may be cancelled prior to fulfilment, but cancellations may be subject to restocking fees that cover administrative time, non‑refundable merchant fees, import duties, freight charges, and any other non‑recoverable costs incurred in sourcing your order. Products that fall under our non‑refundable categories cannot be cancelled once ordered. Change‑of‑mind cancellations may be declined or result in restrictions being placed on your account for future purchases.

Expressions of Interest (EOI)

An Expression of Interest is not a preorder and does not reserve stock. EOIs allow us to gauge demand, attempt to source enough product, and plan allocations for upcoming releases.

If we are able to allocate your requested quantity, you will receive an invoice by email. Your order is only secured once full payment is received.

EOIs may be withdrawn prior to invoicing; however, repeated or change‑of‑mind withdrawals may affect eligibility for future EOIs or preorders.

Preorder Policy

Commitment to Purchase

A preorder is a confirmed purchase, not a reservation. When you place a preorder, you are committing to buy the item at the time of ordering. Payment is taken upfront because the preorder is a confirmed purchase awaiting arrival. If a supplier cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you as soon as possible and refund you in accordance with our Refunds & Returns Policy.

Preorders are fulfilled on a first‑come, first‑served basis using the timestamp of your order.

If you miss out due to supplier shortfall, we may offer priority access to a future release before we make it publicly available.

Purchase Limits

To ensure fair access for all customers:

• Purchase limits may apply to certain products.
• Limits apply per person across all orders.
• Orders exceeding these limits — including multiple orders placed to bypass limits — will be cancelled.
