Order Processing
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 to 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Occasionally, delays may occur due to stock availability or other factors. If this happens, we will try our best to keep you informed with updates and a revised shipping timeframe.
If you place multiple orders before your initial order has shipped, we will combine them into one parcel wherever possible. In these cases, any excess postage paid will be refunded to your original payment method or credited to your account.
Shipping Options & Rates
At Phoenyx Curios, we treat every parcel like a collector’s item. Our shipping options are designed to balance affordability, protection, and peace of mind.
All parcels are sent via Australia Post with tracking included as standard. Signature on Delivery and insurance are available on eligible orders for added security. All orders over $450 value will be sent with tracking, Signature on Delivery & insurance on eligible items.

Standard Tracking + Signature on Delivery for orders over $100 - $12.95.
Standard Tracking + Signature on Delivery + Insurance for eligible items in orders over $300 - $22.95.

Express Shipping Rates for parcels sent via Australia Post Express Parcel Post

Express Tracking only for orders under $100 - $18.95.
Express Tracking + Signature on Delivery for orders over $100 - $21.95.
Express Tracking + Signature on Delivery + Insurance for eligible items in orders over $300 - $31.95.
Estimated Delivery: 2 to 5 business days
For orders deemed high value, we may elect to send these via Courier or Freight methods other than Australia Post Parcel Post at our own discretion.
Insurance
Insurance is automatically included for eligible items on orders over $300.
If your order is valued between $100 and $299.99 and you'd like to arrange insurance, please contact us prior to placing your order.
Note: Australia Post does not insure bullion, banknotes, or similar items. We describe our products as collectible coins to ensure coverage where possible.
Free Shipping
Free standard shipping is available on all orders over $450 within Australia. This will be automatically applied at checkout.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, on eligible items, if the item is in the same condition as you received it. To be eligible for a refund, items must include the original product and all associated packaging. Refunds are at the buyer's expense.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at contactus@phoenyxcurios.com.au with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis and work to find a satisfactory resolution.
If your return is approved, please ensure items are securely packed for return transit and recommend adding tracking to your return postage to ensure we receive it. We reserve the right to refuse refunds if returned goods are damaged due to insufficient packaging or handling, or we do not receive the items and proof of tracking cannot be provided.
Lost or Missing Parcels
We understand how frustrating it can be when a parcel goes missing. Once an order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its journey via Australia Post.
If your tracking shows the item as delivered but you have not received it, please follow these steps:
- Check around your property, including letterboxes, doorways, and other safe locations.
- Ask household members or neighbours in case the item was accepted on your behalf.
Contact us at contactus@phoenyxcurios.com.au so we can open an investigation with Australia Post.
Australia Post may leave parcels in a secure location if the recipient has given Authority to Leave (ATL) or requested Safe Drop or when Tracking Only has been selected as the shipping method for orders under $100. In such cases, a signature is not required, and the delivery is considered complete once the parcel is scanned as delivered.
Please note:
We are not responsible for parcels lost or stolen after a delivery is confirmed by Australia Post, including deliveries where Authority to Leave, Safe Drop, or Tracking Only shipping options has been used. If you have concerns about parcel security, please select a shipping option with Signature on Delivery or contact us prior to ordering.
We’re happy to assist with Australia Post investigations, and where possible, we’ll work with you toward a resolution. However, replacements or refunds for missing parcels may not be possible.
