We aim to fulfill and dispatch all orders within 3-5 business days, and all items are shipped via Australia Post Parcel Post with tracking.

Standard Shipping Rates for tracked parcels sent via Australia Post Parcel Post


Orders under $100 - $9.95.
Orders over $100 with Signature on Delivery - $12.95.
Orders over $300 with SOD + insurance - $22.95.


Estimated Delivery: 5 to 10 business days.


Express Shipping Rates for tracked parcels sent via Australia Post Express Parcel Post


Express orders under $100 - $18.95.
Express orders over $100 with Signature on Delivery - $21.95.
Express orders over $300 with SOD + insurance - $31.95.


Estimated Delivery: 2 to 5 business days


For orders deemed high value, we may elect to send these via Courier or Freight methods other than Australia Post Parcel Post at our own discretion.

Yes! Spend over $450, and we’ll cover the shipping and include Signature on Delivery! Your order will be sent via Australia Post Parcel Post with tracking, so you can shop with confidence.

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase on most items. Returns are at the buyer’s expense unless we made a mistake—then we’ll make it right at no cost to you!

Brand New or Pre-Owned

🔄 Are your items brand new or pre-owned?


Most of our items are pre-owned, often valued for their history, rarity, and character rather than perfection. While we provide clear images and detailed descriptions, signs of age or handling may be present.


As a rule of thumb, it is best to assume all items are pre-owned, while we do purchase directly from Royal Australian Mint and Perth Mint Authorised Dealers, we often acquire new releases through the purchase of customer collections.


If you have any concerns or need more information, feel free to reach out—we’re always happy to help ensure you’re confident in your purchase.

📍 Where are you located?


We are located in Sydney, NSW.


For high value collections, we offer the convenience of traveling to your location for in-person appraisals within New South Wales and interstate.


For smaller collections we offer online appraisals, can travel locally for collection or request collections be sent to us via tracked Postage.


For mid-range collections, we're happy to cover greater distances. For those residing interstate, feel free to contact us — we’re happy to assist remotely.
